Zebra 410 Label Printer Brightness Adjust+Factory Reset

Below are the troubleshooting steps for manually adjusting the darkness setting for the printer and I also send the steps for factory reset the printer.

Darkness adjustment:

  • Press PAUSE 2 seconds, Status light will turn Solid Yellow. (In Manual calibration mode)

  • Press FEED 2 time ( Solid light on Data indicator - In Manual darkness adjustment).

  • Press PAUSE to activate (Printer will print the box with several barcode patterns from light to dark)

  • Press FEED when print a solid pattern, even black lines.

To perform a Reset Printer Factory Defaults procedure, complete these steps:

  1. Turn OFF the printer.

  2. Press and hold PAUSE + FEED while turning ON the printer.

  3. Hold PAUSE + FEED until the Status indicator is the only indicator lit.
