Label Printer Not Printing (Windows)

The Label printer is not printing, and you’ve already replaced labels and tested with the feed button?

You may just need to clear the Printer Queue. To do that type “printer“ in the search bar on the bottom left of your screen. Then select “Printers and Scanners“

Select your Label Printer, then select Open queue.

Example: Zebra (may show as ZDesigner)

If there are items in the print queue, select the “printer” tab, then select Cancel All Documents. When the Queue is clear try re-printing a label.
