Features and Enhancements
Invoice Notes can now be enabled under the Cash Register → Settings → Options. Instructions on how to enable invoice notes along with how they are used can be found by visiting Invoice Notes .
The Invalid Barcode Warning in Cash Register is no longer a popup. Instead, a highlighted line will appear showing the invalid barcode that was scanned. That line then needs to be cleared before you can complete the sale. You can read more about this feature by visiting Invalid Barcode Scanned Warning .
Delivery Orders now contain a map link to make routing deliveries easier. You can see this line under the Ship To tab within Manage Order.
Clicking on the Map button will open Google Maps to that address.
Categories, Sub-Categories, Brands can now be marked both as public (1) and featured (2) for the E-Commerce sites.
Public records will show up on your E-Commerce site. Featured records will also get highlighted to push those Brands, Categories, and Sub-Categories more.
There are a couple of new options under Manual Purchase Order generation. You can read about when you should use each of these methods by visiting Pinogy POS Training Guide: Purchasing & Receiving - Purchasing . The new purchase order methods are:
Lowest Cost Products Only
Non-Lowest Cost Products Only
Product Auto Order Disabled Only
Special Order Products Only
Supplier Auto Order Disabled Only

The sub-category will now explicitly get cleared when a new category is selected.
The Inventory Adjustments (xls) report has been updated so it can be run against a larger number of stores and against products without timing out.
House Account statements have been improved to generate more consistently, and the invoices have received multiple formatting corrections.
The date filter on Delivery Orders has been removed.
The number of products within each Category, Sub-Category, Manufacturer, and Brand is now shown under Product → Settings in their respective tabs.
The date the last inventory cycle was started is now shown instead of just that it was started on the Inventory Management screen.
The non-selling product report has been updated to show non-selling products, instead of non-moving.
There is a new non-moving products report.
A timeout issue that caused some thumbnail images on videos to not show up has been fixed.
You can now export products with the Smart Warnings enabled. The warning column will not be exported to the spreadsheet though.
There is a new Shelf Label for products that includes the bin location.
Editing a PO with Smart Lines will now enforce minimum order quantities.
Petz Mobile/Deals Media has been renamed Petz throughout the system.
The products within a bundle that are shown to the customer will no longer disappear if a customer is added afterward.
House Accounts statements are no longer location-specific. When you generate a statement now, it will include all history from all locations.
Various issues that resulted in errors when saving and deleting employees have been fixed.
The Open/Close Tray button along with other Tray function buttons will now always show for all users. If the user doesn’t have permission for that button, that button is presented as a grey disabled button now.
Email and Phone numbers have been added to House Account listings to make it easier to differentiate accounts with similar information.
The website and E-Commerce add ons have been merged into one add-on to make it easier to manage and configure E-Commerce websites.
E-Commerce controls have been added for bundles so they can also show up online.
The system will now recheck the last response from Pinogy Payments / CardConnect if any unknown or unexpected error gets returned.
The payment screen now has a keypad option next to the payment amount to allow for touchscreen entry for partial payments.
Choosing the Category, and then the sub-category when searching in products will now limit the sub-category selection to just those within the category.

AVS Support for manual entry credit card charges has received several fixes.
There is a new beta feature that can be enabled that will make printing to a receipt printer an asynchronous call. With this enabled the cash register will not wait for the receipt printer even if it not working.
