Bug Fixes and Minor Enhancements

• A bug that stopped the initialization of a gift card during a return from a customer has been corrected.
• Receipts will now print, even if there is no address for the location.
• Canceled layaways that haven't been closed can now be reopened.
• The cursor will now focus on the password prompt between each invoice when that option is turned on.
