Features and Enhancements
- You can now select an Invoice Receipt format, instead of just the default format.
- You can now mark a customer as having a Tax Exempt Certificate.
- You can now create a house account, see the balance, and make a payment from under Manage Customer.
- Commissions can now be implemented on a per-store basis.
- There is a new custom permission level that allows you to toggle which roles can be used for inventory resets. This is a separate setting from allowing the user to scan inventory into a count.
- There is a new custom permission level that allows you to toggle which roles can modify or delete a category or sub-category.
- The new products form now shows which barcodes are going to be created.
- If a customer is associated with multiple house accounts, you will now get prompted for the account when taking a payment or when charging against the account.
- All orders now include a scheduled delivery date so you can better manage when an order needs to be completed.
- If the invoice associated with an order has not been paid, you can now split the original invoice. This can be used if you are only fulfilling a portion of the order, and only want to have the customer pay for that portion instead of the full amount
Bug Fixes and Minor Enhancements
Manage Product Media screen height has been increased to show the full image.
The Split Order button is disabled now if rows are selected.
Suppliers with no locations can now be deleted.
There have been additional fixes for how tax overrides work on the product level.
Managing product media layout has been refined, plus a starter alt text now populates automatically.
The pricing group will now only show in Price Review if you have multiple pricing groups.
The location selection will now only show in Price Review if you have Corp Controls enabled for the device's location.
The marketing tab is now back in promotions even if you don't have Petz Mobile enabled.
The auto order from supplier mass action from PO's verbiage has been refined, and will now apply correctly to all selected products.
Mass action has been added to Product Management to change e-commerce settings more quickly.
There is now a mass action for updating override taxes on products.
Searching for promotions now works.
The list of PO's in Manage E-Invoice will now only show submitted PO's.
When switching between multiple products, the margin and price fields now get cleared before the next product it loaded to avoid the prior products information from getting potentially saved on the second product being edited.
Beta Features that can be enabled by calling support
There is a new beta feature that can be enabled that will make printing to a receipt printer an asynchronous call. With this enabled the cash register will not wait for the receipt printer even if it not working.
