New Features and Enhancements
You can now select how many labels you wish to print under the Print Label group box on the Manage Products page.
What area Roles are select-able in is now configurable by Admins.
We have done a lot of work on receipts to make them more configurable and consistent. As part of this, receipts are now configured from the Manage Location form. Some of the highlights are:
The Store Layaway receipt now has an option to switch from showing check boxes to showing prices instead.
The Customer Layaway receipt now says "Layaway Closed" on the header.
You can now add your logo to the top of the receipt.
Receipts should no longer print with wide margins on occasion.
You can now select what store information you wish to have displayed at the top of the receipt.
You can now select how much of the customers information you want displayed.
The font and font size is now configurable, with the default font now being set as Verdana.
The expiration date will now show on Quote receipts.
Disclaimers will now automatically wrap.
The Layaway receipt now includes the Due Date.
The Cashiers name will now show their display name instead of their full name.
Quote receipts now say Quote instead of Sale as a header.
You can now print Customer address labels and folder labels from within the Manage Customer page, as well printing multiple at a time from the Customer Manage Mass Action.
Any hold with no payment history older than 24 hours will now clear out automatically each night.
Quotes will now automatically get cleared out once they go past their expiration date.
Any layaway with no payment history that has passed it's expiration date will now clear out automatically.
PO's printed before being sent to the supplier will now have a watermark on them to help make sure they don't get mixed up with a finalized version.
You can now merge PO's that have not been sent to a supplier if they are for the same supplier. Just select two or more PO's from the Purchasing Management screen, and then press the Mass Action button.
Bug Fixes and Minor Enhancements
Setting up the Pinogy Loyalty integration is a little smarter now as it now knows how to deal with an existing product named Gift Card or with a "GC" barcode.
You will only see the current locations PO's and Receivings now in Purchasing & Receiving.
We have fixed a couple spots where we found that inventory could get off, including:
When a PO has finished being received, but some products have been deleted off of the PO, those products continued to show as On Order.
Removing a customer off of a sale caused the On Hand to be decremented.
Rejecting a product on a PO in receiving, and then adding it back in again and receiving it caused the On Order quantity to get subtracted twice.
We fixed an issue that caused Promo's with a percent off ending with 0 to drop the trailing 0 when Managing the promo afterwards.
The number of labels that print from Scan Verification will now match the number of products scanned.
There is now an optional override timeout value for the Inter Process Communication . This can be set to make Windbag wait longer on very slow computers.
The Purchase History tab listed in the details of the Purchase Order screen will now show only the last three months by default.
Products that have never been in stock will now automatically have one added to a generated Safety Stock order.
An error that prevented running a full inventory because some products don't have a description has been corrected.
Saving a Scan Verify will now zero out any product on the PO that was not scanned.
Pressing the green arrow controls in Product when managing multiple products will now save the records automatically.
Adding a new product from within a PO will now add that product automatically onto the PO.
You now have an "Adjust Inventory" option of "Return to Supplier" available.
The Inventory Valuation report was corrected to show the correct values from the end of the day of the date selected.
