Bug Fixes and Minor Enhancements

• Not all products on a order that did not get scanned where having their quantities updated to 0. Some where being left at their original order quantity.

• Products with no history in any way to a location where getting dropped when ordering with the Safety Stock option. This mostly affected just new locations by making it harder to start out.
