Features and Enhancements

  • PETZ hearts will now show on all line items where the customer hasn't saved a coupon that can save them money.

  • If a customer has signed up with AstroLoyalty, the customer card will now have an Astro icon on it. Clicking on that Astro icon opens a browser window directly to that customer's account page.

  • Show Out of Stock and Allow Out of Stock Products to be ordered options have been added as options under the Website E-commerce configuration.

  • There is a new Manual Purchase Order option that includes all products from a supplier.

  • There is a new option on Pin Pads to have them beep to prompt a customer to remove their card.

  • There is a new Available Inventory Report and On Hand Inventory Report that will show you your inventory across all locations in a single row.

  • For stores that have a lot of Astro Offers enabled, adding a customer to a sale could take a while. We have made improvements and that process is now six times faster.

  • BuyXAndYGetRebate Astro Offer type support has been added. Astro has made a new type of offer which is now supported by the Pinogy POS. An example of the new offer type is pictured below.



Bug Fixes and Minor Enhancements

  • AstroLoyalty will now display a warning message at the top of the screen if Astro's API is not responding or responding too slowly. The presence of this message will let you know that you will need to record that specific sale in Astro manually.

  • An issue involving the location selection tied to saving a Pet Layaway Notification has been fixed.

  • A suppliers account #, lead time, and send via will now show on Supplier Management without having to enable corporate controls.

  • An issue that prevented the uploading of customer screens on the Customer Display has been resolved.

  • Issues that resulted in payment attempts not giving good error messages when they are attempted on a tray with a user assigned from another user have been fixed.

  • Variation fields are now disabled unless they are selected to be shared between products.

  • Verified Customers can now be merged.

  • The PIDB Sync checkbox under each product supplier record has been fixed so it is saved again.

  • A pet's location can now be switched using Smart Lines.

  • Bundles can no longer be saved with a 0-quantity product being included.

  • A pet's name will now be added to the sales screen if the pet has been named.

  • A variation that has been added to a layaway on a website that then gets changed by the store before completing the layaway will no longer prevent the Layaway from being able to be closed.

  • Support has been added for the warehouse module to be able to send products without a barcode to a store.

  • The available stock quantities on bundles have been fixed for when displaying those bundles on e-commerce websites.

  • The Invoice Receipt format of receipt will now follow the settings for what customer information will be included.

Beta Features

  • Initial support for Repeat Orders has been added to the system.

  • There's a new version of Quickbooks Desktop Sync available.
