Bug Fixes and Minor Enhancements

Product Information Mass Action was being incorrectly hidden for some products. This has been fixed.
PETZ and Astro buttons in the cash register are now aligned with each other. The disabled version of the buttons now has a red X over them to make it more obvious that that person hasn't joined PETZ or Astro, assuming that they haven't joined.
Splitting a unpaid Delivery Order will no longer show two holds corresponding to the split orders.
Frequent Buyer promotions have been updated to avoid showing a possible free purchase offer that can't be redeemed when one hasn't been earned yet.
The Inventory Valuation (xls), Inventory Valuation Changes (xls), and Inventory Adjustments (xls) reports have been updated so a deleted product does not affect your valuation when the reports are rerun for a past date.
Updates to PETZ logic so if the list of UPCs isn't returned, redemptions can still happen.
Backorder status has been added to the Delivery screen.

There's a new version of Quickbooks Desktop Sync available. This version has addition bug fixes from feedback from stores.
