POS 2.9 Release Notes (2022-04-22)
Features and Enhancements
When you sell a LostMyPet enrollment that includes a QR Tag, the system will now prompt for that QR Tag before you complete the sale. To add a QR Tag, you select the pencil next to the Enrollment, and then Change QR Tag.
MSRP, MSP, and MAP pricing will now show up in Product management. As a reminder, you can sync these values from PIDB to populate them with enhanced data turned on.
Bug Fixes and Minor Enhancements
An issue that caused quick button tabs to be hidden when Invoice Notes are enabled has been corrected.
An error preventing setting an override tax on products has been fixed.
An issue was identified that would result in the Sub-Category of a product getting overridden with the prior products sub-category when multiple products are edited in sequence and the Category was the same for both products.
There is a fix for how bundles prices are calculated when combined with certain promotions.
Birthdays have been hidden for employees. That field is only available for customers and is intended for marketing to the customer.
When you open the invoice under a customer record, closing the invoice screen will no longer close the customer record as well.
Coming Soon pets can no longer be sold from Pet Tracker.
Creating a PO in Receiving, and then clicking on the cancel button will now delete the PO instead of leaving it out there.
Marking a product on an invoice with a different tax will now keep that tax if you put the sale on hold or change the customer on the sale. Previously, either of these actions would recalculate the taxes.
