How to edit Categories and Brands for use with E-Commerce websites

This article is for anyone who needs to edit Categories or Brands

 How to edit the Categories and Brands

1. Open Products

2. Click on Settings.

3. In Settings, select either categories or brands, depending on which one you need to edit.

4. Select and highlight the category or brand you want to edit.

5. Click Manage or double-click on the brand or category you want to edit.

6. This opens the window to manage the settings

   1. Select whether it's Featured and/or Public.

      1. Public adds it to being shown online in the shop.

      2. Featured adds it to the featured carousel on the shop's front page.

   2. The Marketing Header is where you can enter text that will show at the top of the page for either the brand or the category.

   3. Marketing description will be additional text that can be used for describing the categories or brands.

   4. The media tab will be used to add images that will show up for either the category or the brands.

7. Click Save when done.
