How to view coupons a Petz member has saved

This article is for anyone who needs to view saved Petz coupons on a customer’s account.

• There is a new 'Petz' button on the customer that will show what coupons the customer has saved.

Stores can now view which Petz coupons a customer has looked at. To do this you will need to make sure the customer is linked to ‘Petz’ in the system.

To link a customer:

1. Open the ‘Cash Register’.

2. Go to the 'Customers' tab.

3. Select the customer you want to edit.

4. Highlight the customer and click ‘Manage’ or double-click the customer.

5. In the ‘Manage Customer’ window click on the ‘Petz’ tab

6. Click ‘+Link’. This will link the customer as long providing their phone number in the system matches the phone number used for ‘Petz’.

7. Click ‘Save’ once linked.

Now, when a customer is selected during a sale, a ‘Petz’ button will now be associated with their customer account.

Clicking the ‘Petz’ button will open up a window where you may view the coupons they have saved and can use.
