How to restore deleted products
This article is for anyone who needs to restore a deleted product.
Sometimes products are deleted either by accident or as part of cleaning out non-selling products but later need to be restored. To do this you need to first set the view so you can view the deleted items.
To show deleted products :
On Products click the Smart Table Settings gear icon.
In the Manage Table Settings window click the drop down menu for Show Active/Deleted.
Select Deleted.
Click Save
The deleted items will now show in red.
Locate any items you want to restore, highlight them, and click Restore.
This will make the items active.
Once done you will need to set the biew back to active products.
To show Active products :
On Products click the Smart Table Settings gear icon.
In the Manage Table Settings window click the drop down menu for Show Active/Deleted.
Select Active.
Click Save.
The active products will now be shown again. The products that were restored will now be able to accessed again.
