Using Mass Actions to manipulate products on E-Commerce

Which Products are displayed in the shop and what delivery options are available for them is controlled in the Products component of the POS. Sometimes you may want to remove a large group of products or put them back into the shop. You may also need to remove delivery options and set them to store pickup only and vice versa. Doing this for individual items is time-consuming but fortunately, we have some options for this under Mass Actions.

 

First select the group of products you want to change.

 

 

After opening the Mass Action window then choose E-Commerce and then click select.

 

Then select either enable or disable for what you want to change for these items. The options are Show Online, Scheduled Delivery, Ship to Home, or Store Pickup.

If you need to only do this for one location or for all locations you can use the Locations dropdown menu to select some or all store location to apply this change to.

 

After saving any changes you should see the results of the changes on the Shop page in a few minutes. You may have to clear your browser cache for the results to show in your browser.
