Pinogy POS Training Guide: Pet Tracker

Pet Tracker is utilized by pet stores that sell live pets, which are typically microchipped or banded. It allows for the generation of pet-specific paperwork upon the creation or sale of a pet in the system.

NOTE: If the client is going to use this module, showing how it works can be explained as part of the training on the Cash Register module.

Top buttons, right to left:

  • What’s This (?) and Help: Same on every module.

  • Settings: Explanation of each tab.

  • Log In/Log Out: Click to log in or log out of the module.

  • Refresh: Refreshes the current screen.

  • Reports: Click to access the various reports that can be run from this module.

  • Breeds: Show how Breeds can be managed (can also be done from within an existing pet or at the time of adding/creating a pet in the system).

  • Customers: Same database as Cash Register and House Accounts.

  • Appointments (if Add-on enabled): Explain how appointments can be configured (Settings\ Settings tab) and scheduled.

  • Pets: Explain how to add a new pet, Manage the pet once entered. Go over each tab.
