Features and Enhancements

 

  • There is a new Emergency Contacts tab underneath the Manage Customer screen. With this, you can have contacts for who else can pick up a pet from grooming or boarding, or the customers vet information.

 

  • There is a new option on the pin pad configuration to allow disabling of the Confirmation of the Payment Amount prompt.

 

Bug Fixes and Minor Enhancements

  • Custom fields under Customer Pets has been fixed.

  • Refunds to prior charged cards on devices without Pin Pads is now supported.

  • Managing a pet with Badges now correctly checks if you have 4 badges.

  • PIDB Sync now has the ability to sync barcodes.

  • Bundle support for Pet Add Ons has been added for in store sales.

  • The cash register will now prompt for a customer pet on a bundle child product, if so configured.

  • Contactless Credit Card payments will no longer print out a credit card receipt. You can reprint these from Invoice History.

  • Reprinting a receipt from Invoice History where the signature was captured on the pin pad will now include that signature.

  • In some situations, debit cards were still printing a receipt. This has been fixed.

  • The Data Export Add On now includes an option to specify a folder.

  • Returns to a different location will now be done as a force credit so the refund is done under the other location.

  • A users ability to override the Sales Tax in the cash register on a product now follows the permission settings for setting Tax Exempt overrides.

  • There is a fix for PETZ store coupons that will allow selecting the corresponding product that should have the discount applied.

  • There are two new product Extended actions that are now available. Those are “Pet Subscription” and “Link Customer Pet”. Both will require that a product set to either of these will require that a customer pet is associated with the product when it’s sold. In addition, the “Pet Subscription” option will also tie a subscription based on the configuration setup on the product. These will be used for more features in the future.

Beta Features

If you wish to test one of these features, please call support. They can be selectively turned on on individual computers.

  • AVS Support for manually entering credit cards.

  • Asynchronous receipt printing allows the cash register to continue and not wait for the receipt printer to finish printing.
