How to Add or Edit a Location

Use this to add a location or edit an existing location.

Step-by-step guide

  1. After opening the Settings and Configuration module, click on the "Locations" tab. To make a new location click on the "New" button. To edit an existing location either double-click a location or highlight it and click manage.

  2. A new "Manage Location" window opens. Under the "Contact Info" tab fill in all the fields. Then click on the "Notes" tab. If this is an existing location edit the fields to reflect any changes.

  3. A new window will open.  Enter all the notes for the location.  Then click on the "Tax Info" tab.

  4. Select the appropriate taxes to apply to the location. Then click on the "Payments" tab.

           

      5.  Click on the row to highlight the payment type then click on enable to allow that form of payment.

           

      6.  To finalize the new location or save any changes for the existing location click on the "Save" button.
