Lightspeed S Data Export Instructions

Customers

  1. In the side menu, click on the Customers Menu which will show a submenu Export Customers.

  2. Navigate to the export customers page using the submenu mentioned above and click on the “Export Customers” Button available on the page.

  3. It will download a csv file with all the custoemrs data present in the pos system

Products

  1. In the side menu, click on the Reports Menu which will show a submenu “Stock Items” when scrolled down to the bottom.

  2. Navigate to the stock item page using the submenu mentioned above and click on the “Export Stock Item” Button available on the page.

  3. It will create an export task in the “Export Centre” page using a submenu with same name present in Reports Menu.

  4. In the export centre look for a task and the status created with name “Stock Item” and created at date for time when the export was initiated.

  5. When the file will be ready to download, the status will change from “In progress” to “Ready”, a download button will appear beside it.

  6. Click on the download button to download the available file.

Sales

  1. In the side menu, click on the Reports Menu which will show a submenu “Transactions” when scrolled down to the top.

  2. Navigate to the transaction page using the submenu mentioned above and select the date range for which you want to export the data from date range selector in top right corner.

  3. It will show the transactions ocurred within the dates selected, to export the transaction and transaction lines, click on the export text and select export transaction and export transaction by item.

  4. It will create export tasks in the “Export Centre” page using a submenu with same name present in Reports Menu.

  5. In the export centre look for a task and the status created with name “Transactions” and “Transaction lines“ and created at date for time when the export was initiated.

  6. When the file will be ready to download, the status will change from “In progress” to “Ready”, a download button will appear beside it.

  7. Click on the download button to download the available file.
