Pinogy POS Training Guide: Purchasing & Receiving - Settings
The Purchasing tab allows you to enter the number of days of safety stock you want to maintain.
You can also set the system to Auto order without sales history.
Min Stock Days and Max Stock Days pertain to the Safety Stock Replenishment method of ordering.
Before utilizing the Safety Stock Replenishment method, it is best to have your Inventory correct so your orders will be correct.

As you use Min and Max Stock Days alongside ordering with Safety Stock Replenishment, It will train your system over time to match your ordering preferences.
The Receiving tab allows you to set how the items display on the scan verification window.
Add Record option.
Update Records option.
The Printing tab allows you to set a label printer. If this is set up, then you will be able to print labels for all of the products you scan into Receiving.
The Settings tab allows you to make the Purchasing and Receiving module make sounds when the screen is touched.
