The Refresh ‘Refresh’ button is there for when you have just added something to the POS such as a New new location, new product, new customer, or you just finished a sale, and it is not showing up in the list yet.

If something you just saved or finished isn't showing up yet, hit refresh ‘Refresh’ and it will populate.
