Most states require that you collect sales tax on any discount that you are receiving a reimbursement for. For that reason, Pinogy POS by default will collect sales on Astro Frequent Buyer free bags. Below are instructions on how you can change this if you do not want to collect sales tax on Astro Frequent Buyer free bags.

Log into Global Settings & Configuration
Go to Locations
Select and Manage the location you want to change this setting on.
Click on the Options tab
Within the Options tab, go down to the “Reimbursed Discount Taxes” section and change the setting from Pre-Discount to Post-Discount.
Click on Save.
Restart the Cash Register application. At this point, the POS will no longer collect sales tax on Astro Loyalty Frequent Buyer free bags.
