Features and Enhancements

  • Guest Checkout - There is a new option within your Website configuration that allows you to toggle if Guest Checkout is enabled or not on your website.

Minor Enhancements and Bug Fixes

  • An issue that prevented saving ABC Order adjustments individually has been corrected.

  • Payment Disclaimer Text has been added. This allows you to have additional text get added to receipts based on the type of payment being received.

  • The Mass Action Do Not Track option within Products has been updated to account for if products still have inventory.

  • An issue that would result in house account payments to sometimes be fractional cents has been corrected.

  • There have been multiple fixes for the QuickBooks Online integration to make it more reliable and consistent. The maximum number of accounts supported in QuickBooks Online has also been increased to a 1000

  • An issue that prevented the margin showing as the price was set on a new product has been fixed.

  • Customer Information that is updated will now also update open Invoices.

  • The Frequent Buyer redemption popup now includes the product in addition to the program to make selection of the redemption item easier.

  • Selecting to skip an Astro Offer that requires an email will no longer try to still apply the offer.

  • A customers Astro status will now display during returns.

  • Astro’s Frequent Buyer Reward list will no longer show up if you do not carry any reward items thereby making it impossible to redeem anything.

  • The product option to require Phone or Email has been updated to prevent both the phone and email being required at times.

  • Submitted PO’s can now be merged.

  • Astro redemptions now work with products with the Ask for Price option enabled.

  • The PO Inventory Count Sheet now returns the Quantity Used for the current location instead of all locations.

  • Dates now respect the local stores time zone when paperwork is generated.

  • All product types have been added to the Period over Period Sales Compare (xls) report to make matching up numbers with other reports easier.

  • Support has been added for Astro Points to be able to apply a whole invoice discount.

  • PETZ location coupons without any discount amount will no longer block adding the product to a sale.

  • The QuickBooks Online integration now requires a successful reauthentication with Intuit before you can modify the account mappings. This prevents losing previously mapping.
