To do this, go to loyalty.pinogy.com

And log in using your email address and password from Pinogy Point Of Sale.

Open

Select Customer Roles

Open

To the right of the Customer Role that you wish to update, select the pencil icon.

Open

Change the multiplier to whatever value is desired, and click “Update”.

Please note that there is no scheduling option at this time, so if this change is intended for a limited-time event, you will need to remember to log back in and update the value for that customer role back to its original value once the event has concluded.
