House Accounts allow our clients to set up lines of credit for their customers. Payables and receivables work in conjunction with the Cash Register module (Extended Actions) and the customer database.

Top buttons, right to left:

  • What’s This (?) and Help: Same on every module.

  • Settings: The only setting is to set up a label printer.

  • Log In/Log Out: Self-explanatory.

  • Refresh: Self-explanatory.

  • Reports: Show House Account Balance report.

  • Customers: Same as in Cash Register and Pet Tracker modules.

  • Accounts: Teach the client to create a new House Account, view activity, add authorized users, and add or edit contact information. Demonstrate running statements from Mass Action

  • No labels
