Pinogy POS Training Guide: Employee Dashboard - Time Clock

The Time Clock functionality is used to have your employees' clock in and out. The proper usage:

  1. The employee logs in.

  2. The employee clicks ‘Clock In’.

  3. The employee clicks ‘Log Out’.

When it’s time to take a break or leave for the day:

  1. The employee logs in.

  2. The employee clicks ‘Clock Out’.

  3. The employee clicks ‘Log out’.

  1. Times will be displayed here.

  2. Unchecking “Only Me” will show times for all users clocked in or out for the given date range.

Only users with the role of Admin or Managers will see the buttons shown above if a line item is highlighted.

Delete will delete the entry. Manage will allow an Admin or Manager to edit an employee's time.

  1. Start Date and time can be changed here. Note that time displayed here is in military time. Everywhere else time will be displayed as standard time.

  2. End Date and time can be changed here. Note that time displayed here is in military time. Everywhere else time will be displayed as standard time.

  3. A Note is required to save the adjusted time (e.g,, “Forgot to clock in.”). This information will show in the Timeclock Edits (xls) report.
