This article is for anyone who needs to install and configure the ‘ShopWindow’ Add-on for their website.

To turn on the ‘ShopWindow’ Add-on:

  1. Open the Settings and Configuration module.

  2. Click on Add Ons.

  3. Click the New Add Ons tab.

  4. Find the 'ShopWindow' add-on.

  5. Highlight it and either double-click it or click on Details.

  6. The 'Add Ons (Integrations) Management' window will open. Read the description tab and then when done click on the Configure tab.

  7. Fill out the ‘ShopWindow’ information. How to find the information is on the Description tab or listed below. Once you get the information next to the location you are editing, enter in the:

    1. Host

    2. Toggle Enable

    3. User

    4. Password

    5. Pet Contact Form ID

For the host, username, and API password, log into your shopwindow account. The first part of the url is the host name. Then browse to Settings -> Accounts -> Developer Access. Click on 'Generate API Token'. Record the number before the: as your username, and everything after the: as your API password.

For the Pet Contact Form ID, log into your shopwindow account, and browse to Interactions -> Forms -> Website Form. Click on the form, and the ID will be in the URL within the ( )

8. Click Create when done.

This will now activate the ‘ShopWindow’ integration. If you need to add additional locations, repeat steps 1-8, except in step 3. the ‘ShopWindow’ add-on will be in the ‘My Add-Ons’ tab.
