Payment Type Fee support has been added to the system. This will allow you to add a percentage to any payment type when accepting a payment associated with that payment type.

To set the Payment Fee :
Open Settings and Configuration
Click on the Payments tool button.
Click on the Payment Types tab.
Select the Payment Type you want to edit.
Open the Payment Type by clicking on Manage at the bottom right of the screen
Change the Payment Fee % to the rate you wish to charge.
Click Save to save the changes.
