At this point, you can merge the 2 customers so any Loyalty , Bonus Bucks, and Astro benefits should combine. To do this Select both accounts and then select Mass Action. MAKE SURE TO CLICK THE IN-STORE WITH THE EXISTING BENEFITS FIRST SO IT BECOMES THE PRIMARY.
