Per Visa and Mastercard, any debit or prepaid cards cannot have a payment fee applied to transactions made with them. This includes debit cards used as credit cards for payment. |
To set the Payment Fee :
Open Settings and Configuration
Click on the Payments tool button.
Click on the Payment Types tab.
Select the Payment Type you want to edit.
Open the Payment Type by clicking on Manage at the bottom right of the screen
Change the Payment Fee % to the rate you wish to charge.
Click Save to save the changes.
