Go into Settings and Configuration.
Click on add ons.Add-Ons
Click on new add ons.Add-Ons
Find questions in the list.
Click on it to highlight and the , then click on 'Details,' or double-click on it.
Click on Create button to activate the Questions addAdd-onOn.

Open the Cash Register module.
Click on Settings.
Click on the Questions tab.
Click 'Add' for a new question or double-click and an existing Question to edit it.
Put the a check in the 'Enable' box.
Enter the question to be asked in the Question field.
Put a check in Check the box if it is required, or leave the check out it unchecked if it is not required.
Set the Classification. There are three options to choose from in the drop down menu.
Customer - Ask if the customer has not answered this question before. - When the customer is added to the sale it will then ask the question if the customer has not answered this question previously.
Invoice Opening - Question will be asked on the Opening of the invoice. - When the first item is added to the sale or a customer is added to the sale to start the invoice, the question will be asked.
Invoice closing - Question will be asked on the Closing of the invoice - The question will be asked on completion of payment.
Set the Question Type. There are three types of questions vs multiple selection
Multiple Selection - this allows multiple answers to be selected
Single Selection - this allows only a single answer to be selected
Free text - this allows the clerk to type in a free form answer
Enter a prewritten answer - only for multiple or single selection options
Click the green plus
Type in an answer
If you want to allow comments, you can put a check there
Press the green plus to, keep adding additional answers
If you want to delete an answer, you can hit the red X as long as there are other answers
Once all desired answers are present, click Save.
