How to Export your Customer and Points information from Astro Loyalty Portal

The following steps are to export customer list with astro id and astro points to sync with our pos database.

Basic Export

1. Go to AstroLoyalty Login and login.

2. Navigate to Customers page by clicking on the Customer header Menu.

3. On the page click on the blue button with text saying “Export”.

4. It will download an xls file with all the customers and other relevant details for completing astro sync.

5. Please do not open the files in Excel as this will corrupt some of the information in the files and will require that you export the information again.

6. CLick on the Reports header menu and then on “My Loyalty Points Participation” submenu.

7. Click on the Reload button to get the latest data and then click on Export button to download the data in a xls file.
