Python error in main script after a fresh install on a new computer

This error can occur on a new computer. It is usually due to windows updates not being done on the new computer.

Because the computer is brand new it has not had all of its updates. The example image came from a windows 11 computer that had just been removed from it’s box and the store called immediately to get our software installed.

To fix this go into the computer's settings and then Windows Update. check for updates and then install all updates.
