Pinogy POS Training Guide: Help

  1. To submit a ticket from the Pinogy Support website, click the Pinogy Customer Portal link.

  2. A ticket can also be submitted by emailing support@pinogy.com. You will receive an automated response informing you that a ticket has been created, and you should receive a human response within 2 hours or less. If you have an immediate need, call us at 877-360-7381.

  3. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST.

  4. Off-hours support is available 24/7, at the same phone number, for emergency support.

  5. Clicking the 'Click Here' link will automatically kick off a download of TeamViewer Quick Support if support personnel needs to access your computer remotely for troubleshooting.

  6. If you refer a client to Pinogy, have them mention your name as a referral, and we will send you $250!

  7. Troubleshooting Information is for internal use by support personnel.

  8. If you ever try to generate a report and nothing happens, go to 'Help' in the module and click 'Clear Cache' (rarely needed). Note that this only clears the Pinogy cache, not your computer, browser, etc.

  9. Clicking 'Release Notes' will take you to the Release Notes page in our knowledgebase. Various help articles can be found here as well.
