Saving a Customer's Credit Card to the Saved Payments

This article is for anyone who needs to save a credit to a customer for future use.

 

 

  1. Find the Customer in the Cash Register in either the Customers tab at the top or with the customer search button at the button.

 

2. Go To Saved Payments tab

 

 

 

 

3. Click on Save a Card

 

4. After the card is removed. 

 

 

5. Pin Pad before saved card pressed 

 

 

6. Pin Pad after saved card pressed 

 

 

7. Pin pad after card tokenized.  (Between 4 and 5 it also says please wait for a short period while it's processing) 

 

 

8. Name the card for what makes sense. 

 

 

9. It now shows under the Save Payments tab 

 

 

10. Ring up a sale with the same customer selected as a customer on the sale.  Press Credit Debit 

 

 

 

11. You now have a saved cards button available on screen. 

 

 

 

12. Upon pressing the button, you get presented with a list of save cards on that customers account.  Select the one you want to charge, and then Ok.  The card is charged, and the sale closed.
