PCI Renewal Guide

PCI Manager Renewal Guide Your PCI Compliance has expired, now what comes next?

Let's start first by logging in to your account! Click here to start: https://pci.cardpointe.com

Once logged in, you will be taken to the PCI Home screen where you will be able to see what parts of your PCI Compliance have expired. If you require a Network Vulnerability Scan, your PCI Status, will not change to ‘Passing’ status unless both the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) and Scan have achieved ‘Passing’ status.

Upon clicking ‘Start’ underneath your Questionnaire Status, you will be taken to your PCI Profile Summary. If anything is incorrect on this page, you may make updates through the ‘Change PCI Profile’ button.

If there have been no significant changes(see below) to your processing, you may be eligible for Express Renewal.

If you select Express Renewal, you will be taken to a completed questionnaire based on your previous year’s questionnaire.

After reviewing the completed questionnaire, you may verify the statements below, sign and submit the questionnaire to complete your SAQ for the year.

If your scan status is Expired, you will need to ensure your scans are still running and that your Scan Attestation is up to date. To attest to your scan, click ‘attestation due’ in the Scan Status box

Verify your current setup is accurate, check the acknowledgment, and click ‘Attest’

After Attesting to Your scan, you’re all Done!
