This article is for anyone who needs to view saved Petz coupons on a customer’s account.
There is a new Petz button on the customer that will show what coupons the customer has saved.
Stores can now view which Petz coupons a customer has looked at. To do this you will need to make sure the customer is linked to Petz in the system.
To link a customer :
Open the Cash Register
Go to the Customers tab
Select the customer you want to edit.
Highlight the customer and click Manage or double-click the customer
In the Manage Customer windows click on the Petz tab
Click +Link. It should link the customer as long as their phone number in the system matches the phone number used for Petz.
Click Save once linked.

Now when a customer is selected during a sale there will be a Petz button on them.
Clicking the Petz button will open up a window where you can see the coupons they saved and can use.
