This article is for anyone who is having issues with their Zebra ZD410 not printing due to network issues.

This issue can be a result of power or internet failure.

This how to is to resolve Zebra ZD410 Network issues. If you need to set up of the print server, use the link below.
How to Configure a Zebra ZD410 network print server

  1. Print the Network Configuration label by pressing and holding the Feed and Cancel buttons for two seconds and then release.

This will print out a configuration page as shown below. 

  1. Take the IP Address and search it in your browser, i.e. Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc.

If the IP Address contains leading Zeros like ”010.010.012.073” then remove all leading zeros so it looks like “10.10.12.73“.

  1. Searching the IP Address should pull up the Zebra page for you printers configuration, as seen in the example shown below.

  1. Select the link named "Print Server Settings".

  1. Under the section named "Status and Configuration", click the link named "Print Server".

  1. You will now be prompted to enter the username and password.  The username is "admin" and the password is "1234".  Once both have been entered, click "Sign in".

  1. Under the section named "Print Server Configuration, click the link named "TCP/IP Configuration".

  1. Change the IP Address to what its supposed to be.

  1. Click the drop-down box named "IP Protocol" and then click "permanent".  This will change the network print server to now have a static IP address keeping it as what you have entered.

  1. Click the button named "Submit Changes".

This should allow you to print labels again!
