  1. On your desktop, create a folder for the files you are about to export. I used Bindo_20230925 for this example.

  2. Log into Bindo by going to https://hq.bindo.com/ and signing in.

  3. If you are exporting multiple locations, select all locations in the top right (1) and under any Store Selector (2) as you proceed through these instructions.

  4. Go to Reports -> 05.Inventory And Material -> 05.01 Inventory Report (1), and then leave all default settings and click on Submit (2)

  5. Scroll down to view the results under the Inventory Report section.

  6. Click on the … in that section and choose the Export CSV / Excel option.

  7. Leave the default name and File Type and press OK (1).

  8. Browse to the folder you created in Step 1 and save (1) the file with the name suggested.

  9. Go To Reports (1) → 03.CRM (2)→ 03.01 Customers Report (3). Change your Created Date to as far back as there is data in the system (4), and then end date to the current day (5). Press Submit (6).

  10. Scroll down to the “Customers Report” section, and click on the … (1), and then Export CSV / Excel (2).

  11. Keep the default name and click OK (1).

  12. Browse to the folder you used before and Save the file.

  13. Go To Reports (1) → 02. Sales (2)→ 02.25 Customers Report (3).

  14. Change the Date Range to cover the range you want to export (1 & 2) and click on Submit (3). – This is the report you are most likely going to have to split into smaller periods and by store.

  15. Scroll down to the Member Sales Report (1), and then click on the … (2), and choose the Export CSV / Excel (3)

  16. Keep the default name and click OK (1).

  17. Browse to the folder you used before and Save (1) the file(s). – If you had to split your export apart, append a logical piece to each files name.

  18. Go To Reports (1) → 03.CRM (2)→ 03.03 Store Credit Report (3). Keep all default settings and click on Submit.

  19. Scroll down to the Store Credit Breakdown Report (1), and then click on the … (2), and then choose Export CSV / Excel (3).

  20. Keep the default name and click OK (1).

  21. Browse to the folder you used before and Save (1) the file.

  22. Go To Reports (1) → 03.CRM (2)→ 03.02 Gift Card Report (3). Change the Date Range starting date to as far back as there is data in the system (4), set the end date to today (5), and click on Submit (6). (The original stores that we transferred from Bindo did not use Gift Cards. That shouldn’t be an issue, and just means that you will need to look at the data that shows below and pick the table with the gift card numbers and current balance to export.)

  23. Go To Reports (1) → 08.Transaction (2) → 08.02 Transaction Breakdown Report (3). Change the Date Range to cover the period you want to export (4), and then click on Submit (5).

  24. Scroll down to the Transaction Breakdown Report (1), click on … (2), and then Export CSV / Excel (3).

  25. Keep the default name and click OK (1).

  26. Browse to the folder you used before and Save (1) the file.

  27. Go To Reports (1) → 07.Product Sold (2) → 07.03 Product Sold Breakdown Report (3). Change the Date Range to cover the period you want to export (4), and then click on Submit (5).

  28. Scroll down to the Product Sold Breakdown Report (1), click on … (2), and then Export CSV / Excel (3).

  29. Keep the default name and click OK (1).

  30. Browse to the folder you used before and Save (1) the file.

  31. You now need to zip up all of the files you just saved and send them to us. This can be done by emailing imports@pinogy.com. If the files are large, please zip them before sending them to us. Also, if you are having us convert your reward history, please remember to include the details of that in the email you send us
