If the 'PETZ' add - on is disabled, customer will no longer be able to redeem any coupons they have saved. Customers that have not signed up for PETZ will also not get a QR Code signup on their receipts, and your store will no longer show up on the PETZ app, preventing new potential customers from finding you. Follow these directions to re-enable your PETZ integration.

1. Click ‘Global Settings and Configuration’.
