The Pinogy POS offers the ability to create Frequent Buyer promotions. There are several modifiers that can be applied to the promotion and these will be detailed below.

Pinogy Frequent Buyer promotions calculate qualifying customer purchases daily (usually after midnight Eastern time) so the reward products will not be able to be redeemed until the day after the qualifying purchase amount is reached. This means the customer cannot buy 12 of a buy 12 get 1 free and get the free item at the same time as the purchase of the qualifying 12 products. |

Please note that a Pinogy Frequent buyer promotion will not give a straight free product when the specified number of purchases is reached. It will take the average of all purchased items’ price and take that amount off of the free reward product. If this amount is less than the item being redeemed then it will subtract that amount from the price and the customer will still need to pay the difference. If desired the rest can be manually discounted to give them a true “free” item. |
