Click on Inventory in the left menu.
Click on the Item Search button.
Click on the Export button. This will result in a file being downloaded. Rename the saved file appending “-current” to the end of the file name. (item_listings_local_matches-current.csv)
Check the “Archived” checkbox, followed by pressing the blue Search button.
Click on the Export button. This will result in a file being downloaded. Rename the saved file appending “-archived” to the end of the file name. (item_listings_local_matches-archived.csv)
Click on Reports.
Click on Assets under Inventory Reports
Click on the Export button. This will result in a file being downloaded. Save the file with the suggested file name.
Click on Inventory again in the left menu.
Click on the Vendors button
Click the Enabled Only checkbox to the left of the Search button, and then click on Search.
Click on the Export button. This will result in a file being downloaded. Save the file with the name suggested
Click on Customers in the left menu.
Click on the Customers button.
Click on the Export button. This will result in a file being downloaded. Rename the saved file appending “-current” to the end of the file name. (customer_listings_local_matches-current.csv)
